Spring Note Card with SVG Files
Graphic circle motif with bright images of spring.
It's been a long time since I've used my Cricut, and even longer since I've posted anything new. This "Spring Card" was designed last year at about this time, but I never got around to posting it. Other things in life seem to have taken over...
It is so nice to see so many new "Best Followers in the World" and new subscribers to the RSS feed and e-mail list!
I'm going to be moving to another state in mid-April and will be busy packing and settling in over the next couple of months, but I'm going to to make an effort to start "doing Paper Yoga" again once I'm settled in at my new place (it's good for the soul).
Use 8-1/2" x 11" black card stock folded in half as the base card. Cut circles using as many different colors as you like. The brighter the paper, the better! Cut the circle overlay from white card stock. Spray the back of the white overlay with spray adhesive and adhere your cut out colored circles to the back of the white card stock. Spray the back of the entire assembly with spray adhesive and adhere to the front of the black card. Finished card size is 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and will fit into a standard 5-3/4" x 8-3/4" greeting card envelope.
Tip: Place the circle SVG file onto the SCAL mat 5 times and place 5 rows of colored paper on your Cricut mat to cut all of the 15 circles at once.
Two SVG files provided (circles and spring). The SVG files can be cut using the Sure Cuts A Lot software and a Cricut® cutting machine.
